Manoj Chandy is a very experienced professional with more than 20 years, leading organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and also a Certified IS auditor (from ISAACA-US) and qualified internal auditor from IIA – US
He has 25 years of experience in internal controls, business process re-engineering and project management. He has worked in multinationals in various discipline from 1996. From 2016, he held global roles and is the Director Finance of the organization

Praveen Koovan heads Mermaid Group as Group Chief Executive Officer since January 2013, he leads the top management team of Mermaid Group Companies in UAE and India.
Prior to joining Mermaid Group, Praveen Koovan was heading the Service Delivery Division of Emitac Enterprise Solutions (Southern Emirate) as Director.
He was leading a team of highly qualified Engineers in delivering large value system Integration Projects. In addition he managed the critical system support team responsible for onsite and remote support to Emitac’s largest and most critical customers.
Before moving to EMITAC, Praveen was working with Hewlett Packard Global Competency Centre in India and prior to which, he was working with Customer Support division of HCL Hewlett Packard Ltd (HCL Infosystems Ltd).
Praveen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from Mangalore University in India and has completed Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC).
